# Connect AI Brand Lens to Claude

AI Brand Lens provides a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector for Claude.

## Setup instructions

1. In Claude, open **Customize**.
2. Select **Connectors**.
3. Select **Add**, then **Add custom connector**.
4. Enter the name **AIBL**.
5. Paste `https://api.aibrandlens.com/mcp` as the remote MCP server URL.
6. Select **Add**, then **Connect**.
7. Sign in to the user's own AI Brand Lens account and approve the requested workspace access.
8. In a Claude conversation, make sure AIBL is enabled under the connectors menu.

## Suggested verification prompt

> Using AIBL, list the brands in my workspace and summarize the current monitoring status for each. Do not make any changes.

## Security and behavior

- Each user authenticates to their own AI Brand Lens account and authorized workspace.
- Read-only tools can retrieve brand, visibility, perception, evidence, report, and history data.
- Workspace-changing tools present an exact preview and require explicit confirmation.
- Payment details are entered only through secure Stripe Checkout, never through Claude or the MCP server.
- Users can disconnect AI Brand Lens from Claude at any time.

## Availability

The connector can be added directly as a custom connector. A public Claude Connectors Directory listing is not required for this setup method.
